How does the Before/After school program
work?
The family will complete the family application
to start the search process and
pay the required $250.00 (non-refundable)
application fee.
Nannies and Much More will then call you to
discuss your families' needs and begin your
search. We carefully match these needs with
the caregivers that are best suited for your
particular situation. Nannies and Much More
personally contacts each caregiver we feel is a
"Match" to discuss your families needs. If she is
interested, we look at how far she would have
to drive and other important particulars of the
position to make sure there aren't any hidden
or outstanding issues that could be potential
problems down the line.
Once the application process has been
completed, we will arrange for you to meet with
the selected caregivers . First, there is a simple
telephone interview between you and the
selected candidate, followed by an interview.
Once you find someone you'd like to hire
Nannies & Much More will provide all the
necessary hiring contracts.
At this point,Nannies and Much More will collect
the balance of the placement fee of
$750.00.

nannies who are able
to participate in fun kid
activities yet mature
enough to encourage
proper manners, chore

If during the trial period of 30
days you or your nanny isn't
happy, we will conduct a
second search for you at no
